Leave the A10 at Saintes (J25) follow signs for Royan.
Find the Bac (ferry). Crossing of the Gironde is about 30 min. Watch out for queues in high season.
Only 25 km to go.
Follow the N215 to Soulac,
Then the D102 E1 until you reach Montalivet.
Take the exit 7 off the Rocade towards Lacanau on the N215 -
Follow signs to Lacanau on the D6.
At Sainte Hélène, turn right onto the D104 towards Brach.
Then follow signs to Carcans. At the Carcans turn right.
Continue north for about 30km, passing through Hourtin until you reach Vendays-Montalivet.
At a roundabout in the village of Vendays-Montalivet turn left. After about 8km you will come to the Montalivet roundabout.
